Get ready to indulge in our amazing wood-fired Napoletana pizza right here in the Port of Garibaldi! Our incredible oven, made from the legendary ashes of Mt. Vesuvius, heats up to a sizzling 800 degrees, allowing us to whip up the best pizza in under 3 minutes!
Our dough is made fresh in-house and ferments for a minimum of 3 days, creating a flavorful crust that’s the star of our pizzas! We take pride in using only the finest ingredients—from our pepperoni to the house-made Italian sausage, fresh mozzarella to the best tomatoes, all locally sourced whenever possible. We let these fantastic flavors shine through in every bite! Plus, we offer vegan cheese and a gluten-free pizza option (just a heads-up, our kitchen is not gluten-free).
And don’t miss out on Garibaldi Gelato, the sweetest gem the Oregon Coast! Our gelato is made from scratch in small batches, featuring seasonal flavors that celebrate Oregon's incredible bounty, like marionberry, strawberry, pear, raspberry and cranberry. We’re so lucky to have such diverse agricultural treasures here—we are only limited by our imagination! And of course, we have classic flavors available year-round, including fior de latte, chocolate, hazelnut, and coffee, along with delightful dairy sorbetto options. Best of all, all our gelato and sorbettos are completely of artificial colors or flavors!
