Welcome to Crab Rock Pizza, proudly known as “the best pizza on the Oregon Coast.” Located in the Port of Garibaldi, we bring authentic wood-fired Napoletana pizza to our coastal community using an incredible oven crafted from the ashes of Mt. Vesuvius. Heated to over 800 degrees, our oven creates perfectly blistered pizzas in under three minutes, delivering bold Italian flavor with every unforgettable bite.
Crafted from Scratch, Every Single Day
At Crab Rock Pizza, quality begins with patience and tradition. Our dough is made fresh in-house and fermented for a minimum of three days, creating the flavorful crust that defines true Napoletana pizza. We carefully select premium ingredients—from house-made Italian sausage and fresh mozzarella to locally sourced produce and imported Italian tomatoes. Every pizza is handcrafted to let these incredible flavors shine naturally.
Traditional Napoletana with a Northwest Twist
Napoletana pizza is beautifully different from traditional American pizza. Our thin, airy crust develops its famous “cornicione,” complete with leopard spotting and authentic char from our 800-degree oven. We believe less is more, allowing the dough and carefully chosen toppings to shine through. Inspired by Italian tradition and Oregon creativity, we proudly serve handcrafted pizzas made with integrity, passion, and respect for the craft.
Small Batch Gelato Inspired by Oregon
Beyond pizza, Garibaldi Gelato has become one of the sweetest treasures on the Oregon Coast. Made completely from scratch in small batches, our gelato celebrates Oregon’s incredible agricultural bounty with seasonal flavors like marionberry, raspberry, pear, cranberry, and strawberry. We also serve timeless classics including chocolate, hazelnut, coffee, and fior de latte, along with refreshing dairy-free sorbettos free from artificial colors and flavors.

Crab Rock Pizza and Garibaldi Gelato were built from a lifelong passion for service, food, and community. As native Oregonians with backgrounds in military service and nursing, Theresa and Bill created a warm, high-energy gathering place focused on wholesome food made from scratch. Whether serving neighbors, Coast Guard families, or first-time visitors, our mission remains simple—great food, genuine hospitality, and a commitment to Garibaldi.
